PRO-ZINC assistance is:- a technical support service for all installers who wish to update or develop their competency level with VMZINC,
- a team of professionals specialised in roofing and cladding who are ready to step in when requested by specifiers and roofers in order to pass on their know-how without charge.
Other PRO-ZINC activities:Apart from teaching related activities, PRO-ZINC offers: - technical assistance on the work site to help specifiers and installers find appropriate solutions to any difficulties that may be encountered when specifying zinc,
- technical assistance at the start-up of work on the first site following the installers course.

- a short theory module presented through audio-visual teaching aids,
- a demonstration module giving concrete illustrations of the various implementation techniques and the use of specialised tools,
- a practical module on full-size mock-ups which allow participants to become familiar with the particularities of zinc
- teach tricks of the trade encountered on the building site when installing zinc
